Aerospace-grade cable assembly for military and civil programs
From simple interconnects to multi-branch harnesses, we deliver build-to-print cable assemblies for power, data, and RF needs across military and civil programs. Our production workflow is aligned with AS9100 quality requirements, emphasizing repeatability, inspection, and controlled workmanship.
Need support moving from prototype to scalable builds? Send your drawings and requirements and we’ll help you get to a clean, production-ready solution.
Typical applications include telemetry and flight-test systems, ground stations, test equipment, avionics and industrial control platforms.
What we build
Custom cable assemblies and wire harnesses manufactured to your drawings, BOM and process requirements.
Power cable assemblies
Power distribution and interconnect assemblies for equipment, racks and platforms, built with controlled routing, strain relief and grounding practices.
Data and signal cable assemblies
Discrete-wire, twisted-pair and shielded signal assemblies for control, communication and instrumentation interfaces.
RF and coaxial cable assemblies
Coaxial assemblies for telemetry, receivers, transmitters and test setups, with attention to shielding, connector workmanship and repeatability.
Mixed-signal and multi-branch harnesses
Harnesses that combine power, signal and RF in one build, including multi-branch layouts with custom labeling and identification.
From drawings to delivered harnesses
One contact from RFQ to shipment. Here is what happens after you send your package.
Send your RFQ
Upload drawings, BOM and process requirements in the form below, or email them to info@modulinx-mw.com.
Quote and review
You receive a clear quotation with scope and lead time. Manufacturability questions are raised now, not on the production floor.
Prototype or first article
One-off or small-batch builds so you can validate fit, function and documentation before committing to volume.
Production and documentation
Repeat builds with incoming inspection, in-process QC and a documentation package on request.

Quality, inspection and traceability
Our workflow is aligned with AS9100 quality requirements and built around repeatability: the tenth harness is made the same way as the first, and every step leaves a record.
- Incoming inspection of wire, cable, connectors and components
- In-process QC at defined workmanship checkpoints
- Controlled routing, strain relief, shielding and grounding practices
- Custom labeling and identification to your drawing
- Documentation package available on request
Request a quote
Send your drawings and BOM and we’ll return a clear quotation with scope and lead time.
What to include
- Assembly drawings (PDF, DXF/DWG or STEP)
- BOM with connector, wire and cable part numbers
- Quantities: prototype, first batch and expected repeat volume
- Target lead time
- Test, labeling and documentation requirements

Cable assembly FAQ
Do you build from our drawings, or do you design assemblies too?
We are a build-to-print manufacturer: you provide the drawings, BOM and process requirements, and we build to them. If something in the package is unclear or hard to manufacture, we raise it at the quoting stage rather than during production.
What quantities do you support?
One-offs and prototypes, small batches and repeat production builds. Tell us the prototype quantity and the expected repeat volume so the quotation reflects both.
Which types of cable assemblies do you manufacture?
Power, data/signal and RF/coaxial cable assemblies, plus mixed-signal and multi-branch wire harnesses, for military and civil programs.
What should the RFQ include?
Assembly drawings, a BOM with connector, wire and cable part numbers, quantities, target lead time, and any test, labeling or documentation requirements. Missing details are fine: send what you have and we’ll ask for the rest.
How is quality controlled?
Our workflow is aligned with AS9100 quality requirements: incoming inspection, in-process QC at workmanship checkpoints, controlled routing, strain relief and shielding/grounding practices, and a documentation package on request.
How fast will we receive a quotation?
Quoting is fast, and the quotation states scope and lead time explicitly so you can plan the program around it.
Have drawings and a BOM ready?
